These terms apply to services provided by Lion Gate Pest Control ("Lion Gate," "we," "us") and to your use of this website. Your written service agreement, if you have one, controls where it differs from this page.

Services & scheduling

We provide pest, rodent, mosquito, and termite services in the Greater Los Angeles area. Appointment times are scheduled with you in advance. Please provide access to the areas to be treated, and let us know about pets, children, or anyone with health concerns before service.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for a typical home. Your actual price depends on the size of your property, the pest problem, and the service frequency, and we confirm it with you before any work begins. Rodent and termite services begin with a free inspection for homeowners.

Promotions

Promotional discounts require a 12-month service agreement unless the promotion says otherwise. Promotions apply to new customers, cannot be combined, and may end at any time.

Satisfaction guarantee

For customers on a recurring service plan, if covered pests return between scheduled visits, we will return and re-treat at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the pests included in your plan and requires that your account be in good standing. Termites, carpenter ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, and fleas are not covered by the guarantee.

Safety

We use EPA-registered products applied according to their labels and California law. Please follow any instructions your technician gives you, such as keeping people and pets off treated areas until they are dry.

Licensing

Lion Gate Pest Control is licensed by the California Structural Pest Control Board, Registration PR 9942. Termite inspection reports are prepared as required by the Board's regulations.
